The Short Version

  • We collect what we need to deliver your order and stay in touch: your name, email, and (for print books) your mailing address.
  • We never sell your information.
  • We never see what you write in your workbook. The fillable PDFs stay on your own device unless you choose to send them to someone.
  • You can unsubscribe from our emails any time.

What We Collect

  • When you buy: name, email address, mailing address (print orders only), what you bought, and when. Payment details go directly to Stripe; we don't receive your full card number.
  • When you use a form on this site (for example, a workbook unlock page, a vote, or a sign-up form): name, email address, and your form answers.
  • Automatically: like most websites, our site platform may record basic technical information such as your browser type, pages visited, and approximate location from your IP address. It also uses a small cookie and your browser's storage to remember your visit and keep forms working. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. How We Use It

  • To deliver what you bought: email your digital files, ship your print books, and send links to any live sessions you've registered for.
  • To send order updates, like shipping notices.
  • To send occasional emails about our books, workbooks, and related resources. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To answer your questions and handle refunds.
  • To keep records required for taxes and accounting.

Who We Share It With

Only the service providers who help us run the store, and only for that purpose:

  • GrowthHub365 (built on HighLevel): website, checkout, email, and customer records
  • Stripe: payment processing (and Klarna or Link, if you choose them at checkout)
  • Shipping carriers (such as USPS): to mail your print books
  • Google Workspace: email and files
  • Zoom: live sessions included with some products
  • Cloudflare: website security and cookie-free visitor statistics
  • Google Fonts: the fonts on this site

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How Long We Keep It

  • Order and tax records: seven years.
  • Email list: until you unsubscribe, or after three years with no opens or clicks.

Your Choices

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
  • Ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing [email protected] with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We may need to keep order records required by law.
