Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale cover purchases made on boohowdoigethome.com and through its checkout links, including books, ebooks, workbooks, and related products by Anita Charlot. The seller is Relationship Architect Academy LLC ("we," "us"), 137 N. Oak Park Avenue, Suite 207 #A102, Oak Park, Illinois 60301. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. For anything not covered here, our general Terms and Conditions at www.relationshiparchitectacademy.com/terms apply.

What We Sell

We sell print books, ebooks, fillable workbooks, and related products, some of which include a live session. Each product's page and checkout describe what's included, the format, the price, and when it will be delivered or held. Those details are part of these terms for your order.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added where required.

Shipping (Print Books)

  • Print books ship within the United States only, unless the checkout says otherwise. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
  • Pre-ordered and signed books ship on or around the date shown on the product page or at checkout, barring delays from the printer. We'll email you when yours is on its way.
  • Please double-check your mailing address at checkout. If a book is returned because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you send a corrected address; a second shipping charge may apply.
  • If your book arrives damaged or never arrives, email us within 30 days of the ship date and we'll send a replacement.

Digital Delivery

  • Digital files are delivered by email to the address you enter at checkout, either right away or, for pre-orders, on the release date shown at checkout. If you don't see yours within an hour of delivery, check your spam or promotions folder, then email us and we'll resend it.
  • If a file won't open or is damaged, we'll replace it.

Refunds

All sales are final. Our products include digital content that's delivered right away or on release, so payments are non-refundable except as described below. These terms follow our general Terms and Conditions (www.relationshiparchitectacademy.com/terms), Sections 5.2 and 5.3.

  • 48-hour review period: you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if you have not opened or downloaded any file we've sent you. After 48 hours, or once you open or download any file (whichever comes first), the sale is final.
  • To use the review period, email [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase with "48-Hour Refund Request" in the subject line and the email address you used at checkout.
  • Damaged, lost, or broken: if your book arrives damaged or never arrives, or a file won't open, we'll replace it. Replacements, not refunds, are the remedy for these.
  • Live sessions: if we have to reschedule a live session included with your purchase, we'll email you the new date. Missed sessions are not refundable.
  • Customers in the EU or UK: by completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once delivery begins. The 48-hour review period above still applies if you haven't opened or downloaded anything.
  • Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Disputes over valid charges are handled as described in our general Terms and Conditions.

How You Can Use Digital Products

  • Ebooks and workbooks are for your personal and family use. You may print as many copies of a workbook as your family needs, and fill it in for yourself, your parents, or others in your care.
  • Please don't resell them, post them publicly, or share the files outside your household. Everything in them is copyrighted by Anita Charlot.

Not Professional Advice

Our books and workbooks share personal experience and general information. They are not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. Where a product includes legal notes, they're written for the state named in that product, and laws change. Talk with a licensed professional in your state before you sign or rely on any legal document. AI tools mentioned in our products can make mistakes; never use them to make medical decisions or change medications.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe through our GrowthHub365 checkout. We never see or store your full card number. If you choose a pay-later option such as Klarna at checkout, that provider's terms apply to your payment plan.

Mistakes and Changes

If a price or product description on this site is wrong, we'll contact you and give you the choice to continue or cancel for a full refund. This is the one exception to the all-sales-final rule. We may update these terms; the version posted when you purchased applies to your order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes are handled as described in our general Terms and Conditions (www.relationshiparchitectacademy.com/terms), starting with an email to us so we can try to resolve it together.
